To book a lesson with SJB Show Horses, please follow these steps:

Before You Book

• Lesson Packet/Waiver: You must complete a Lesson Packet/Waiver before your lesson. If you don't have one on file, you might be able to fill it out at your lesson, but ride time isn't guaranteed.

• Membership Account: You'll need an SJB Show Horses membership account. Your email will be your main contact method. While you can add a phone number, instructors will primarily communicate via email. If you need to use a different communication method, please inform your instructor.

• Payment Information: You'll need to save payment information to your account to book lessons.

• New Students: If you're new to SJB Show Horses, start by filling out the New Student Application. This will then guide you to the membership booking process.

Booking Your Lesson

1. Navigate to Lessons: Go to the Lessons tab in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Select Your Option: Choose either "View Lesson Plans" or "New Student Application."

3. Choose Lesson Type: On the Booking Packages page, select either a Standalone Lesson (Beginner or Advanced) or a Members Lesson (Beginner or Advanced).

Standalone Lessons

1. Select Date & Time: You'll be directed to the booking calendar.

   • No Membership Account? If you don't have an SJB membership account, you'll be prompted to create one after choosing your date and time. Use an active email address.

2. Add to Cart (Recommended): You can "Book Now" or "Add to Cart." We recommend "Add to Cart" to confirm your lesson time before purchasing. Review the policy on the booking screen for cancellation and rescheduling information.

3. Checkout: After confirming your date and time, click Checkout, then Place Order.

   • Your saved payment information will be used automatically. If you haven't added payment details, you can do so during checkout.

4. Confirmation: Check your email for a confirmation of your booking.

Membership Lessons

1. Explore Membership Plans: If choosing a membership package, click "Explore Membership Plans" under "Book Now." This will take you to the Pricing Plans page.

   • Note: If you don't have a membership account, you'll be prompted to create one during this process.

2. Select a Plan: Choose a 1-month, 6-month, or 12-month plan.

3. Sign Up or Log In: Either Sign Up for a new membership account or log in to an existing one. Review your saved payment method or update it as needed.

4. Initial Booking (Important Steps):

   • You'll be directed to the booking calendar and prompted to "Complete Your Booking."

   • Click "Complete Your Booking."

   • Choose a date and time for your first lesson.

   • Click "Add to Cart." (Do NOT click "Book Now" if you intend to book multiple lessons, as this will only book one.)

   • Close your cart. Do not check out yet.

5. Book Remaining Lessons:

   • Click Book Online in the top right corner of your screen. This will return you to the Lesson selection page.

   • Choose the same Members Lesson type you selected initially.

   • Click "Book Now." This will bring you back to the Booking Calendar.

   • Select another day and time for your next lesson.

   • Add this lesson to your cart.

   • Repeat this process for all remaining lessons included in your plan.

   • Flexibility: Membership plans allow you to choose your lesson dates and times with flexibility; they don't have to be weekly or at the same time.

6. Review Cart & Checkout: Before checking out, verify that the number of lessons in your cart matches your plan. Any additional lessons will incur extra charges.

7. Finalize: After adding all your lessons to the cart, proceed to checkout.

Important Information

• If you don't book your lessons as described above, they won't appear on our calendar.

• Please ensure you have access to and regularly check the email address associated with your account.
